Ads and Traffic — Test Your Ideas in the Real Market

Run simple ads without overthinking. Test your offer with real people, not assumptions. Read the results and adjust quickly. Know what works before you spend more.

Systems and Fix

Review and Fix — Remove What's Not Working

Review what has been built so far. What's working, what isn't, what is unnecessary complexity. Cut without sentiment. Remove every bottleneck you've been tolerating.

Evening Session

Systems and Ops — Bring Order to Daily Operations

Set up simple systems that reduce manual work and daily chaos. Build processes that run without you. Bring order to what has been informal so the business can breathe.
